Price Match Policy

Price matching is available on MistHub but will only be considered upon completion of ALL of the following criteria:

1. Inquiries for price matching must be submitted with proof of price match from a reputable source [1] and with reasonable timeliness [2].

[1] - Reputable sources must be on our approved list of online vape retail sites only, with active site URLs the ONLY acceptable medium. Online prices that have been set as part of competitor Sale campaigns/clearance sales will not be accepted, nor products listed on competitors that are out of stock. Products ordered with discount codes or other sales incentives/credit either on our site or competitors are also disqualified. No screenshots or downloaded graphics will be allowed due to inability for efficient verification. Shipping costs will not be matched either.

[2] - Window for reasonable timeliness must be within 48 hours from the time order confirmation is sent. Price matching inquiries submitted aged older than 48 hours are deemed too old and are thus, unqualified.

2. Customers must first be registered with an account on the site and place an order. Customers will make their inquiries by forwarding their order number, email used on the order, first & last name, and proof of requested price matches to MistHub’s customer support team. MistHub support will then consider each price match request, and if granted, will credit the difference in the form of unique discount codes that may only be used on future orders with a minimum cost of $50.
