PACT ACT Shipping Update
On October 21, 2021, USPS discontinued their shipping service for any vape or vaping-related products, including vape juice, disposables, and hardware (kits, coils, pods, batteries, external battery chargers, and other vaping device accessories).
Why can’t you ship to me anymore?
USPS has discontinued the shipping of vape related products, and was our primary method for shipping. Unfortunately, our other carrier options may not be able to deliver to your address at this time. We are actively working to expand our serviceable zip codes in the coming weeks and months. If we are unable to ship to you currently, please consider signing up for our newsletter for the latest on our shipping coverage updates. By signing up, as soon as shipping to your location becomes available, you will receive an email promotion.
Shipping and Delivery
What shipping options are available?
MistHub offers flat rate shipping options for your convenience. We can deliver your items via local carriers to your desired U.S. address. Some ZIP codes are, unfortunately, unavailable to deliver to at this time due to carrier restrictions. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
What are the processing and delivery times?
Please allow at least 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, shipping can take 5-14 business days for delivery, depending on location.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate of $14.00 per order on domestic shipping. $8 of that rate covers the transit of the order, while the additional $6 covers the adult signature at delivery, as required by law. All orders are shipped with the adult signature requirement.
What if I get a damaged item or the wrong item?

What are the available payment options?
MistHub accepts credit/debit cards only. No other payment options are facilitated.
Modification/Cancellation of Orders:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations of orders once your order has been placed. All sales are final.
If the order has left our warehouse and there was an incorrect address, or you would no longer like the order we will request the package be returned to sender. Once we have received confirmation that the package has been marked returned to sender, we can issue a refund only for the goods not the shipping. An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address in your account settings. Also, you can provide a different address at the time of check out. Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address.
Under what conditions can MistHub change my items?
If you order an item in 120mL, and we only have that item in stock in 60mL, then we can ship you two pieces to fulfill the total requested quantity.
Returns shipping is NOT prepaid. Customers are responsible for shipping the RMA items to MistHub. Return shipping is not refundable unless you received a DOA or a wrong item. If you received a DOA or a wrong item, MistHub will refund you $6 via store credit or as a refund to the original form of payment used.
Lost or delayed shipments
If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, please reach out to email@example.com.
If a shipment has been marked RTS by the carrier for failed attempts, we can only issue a refund for the product and not the shipping. An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied.
Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved.
